We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours of your scheduled pickup, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards, cash app, and venmo. We also offer online payment options for your convenience.

Yes, we are fully insured and licensed. We carry a $1 million general liability policy. We also carry a $500,000 auto policy.

Yes, we offer same day service. If you need same day service, please call us at (757)-354-2628 early in the day. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If we can't then we can schedule you for the next day or recommend another company that can help you.

Payment Policy:

  • At Pickup Man Junk Removal, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality junk removal services at affordable prices. To ensure that our customers receive the best possible service, we require payment in full at the time of service. We accept payment via cash, check, or credit/debit card.
  • For larger jobs or ongoing services, we may require a deposit or partial payment upfront. This will be discussed and agreed upon with the customer prior to the start of any work.
  • Prior to leaving, we will ask if you are satisfied with our service. If you are not satisfied, we will do our best to make it right. If there are items that need to be removed that were not included in the original estimate, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for any additional items that were not included in the original estimate.
  • For estimates over $1000, we offer financing options through Afterpay by Square. This allows our customers to pay for the service in installments over time, making it easier to manage larger expenses.

Refund Policy:

  • For larger jobs or ongoing services that require a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
  • There are no refunds on services performed.
